THE BASICS

The great deals you find at Aloof Shop are limited-time offers. New inventory is added every day. Some of our sales feature items from single brands, others combine brands into themed collections.
 

When is new inventory added?
New inventory is added everyday at 8 a.m ET. 
 

How long do sales last?
Most sales last 72 hours—then they move along to make room for something new!
 

How do I know what sales are coming up?
We'll email you to let you know when sales are coming up.
 

How do I know if one of my favorite items is coming back?
Whenever possible, we’ll email you. Send us an email of your favorite item.Then, we'll send you a message when one of your favorites is coming up. You can also keep an eye on the website.

 

Can I register for shower gifts on Aloof Shop?
Not just yet. We're always adding new features, though, and registry is on our wish list!
 

Do you have a physical store?
Nope! We're an online-only resale boutique.
 

Where can Aloof Shop ship?
We ship to the United States (including all territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
 

Can I shop on my phone or tablet? 
Yes! We have apps for iPhone/iPad and Android, as well as a mobile site.
 

Where are your products made?
We work with many different brands, vendors and manufactures that produce goods around the world. We resale products that we buy in bulk to offer you great deals.
 

ORDERING

Why is my order still "processing"?
We search far and wide to find great deals! Getting the goods we find into your hands requires a few steps. When you order, the brand ships your item to us first, so we can inspect the quality. We also gather all your items into one package to keep the shipping cost low. That's one way we're able to offer such great deals! 
 

A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?

When you see something you love that's not available, notify us and we'll send you a message if that item returns. Occasionally we're able to secure more inventory on a certain item. When that happens, we'll post a note on our homepage in addition to sending you an email.
 

Can I search for the item I want?

Yes! We have a search box on our site. Search terms like "pink tee" or "boys' pants" and we will show you all those items currently available on the site. You can also search for brand names. 
 

I can't find a product I saw last week. Where'd it go?

We add new inventory every day. If you know the name of the product, notify us. Then, we'll let you know when that product is available. You can also search by item name to see if there is any remaining stock.
 

Where can I find the product featured in your ad?

Our ads feature items we  love and items that represent what we often have available. Ads often run for more days than our sales do, so often products featured in ads are out of stock. Try searching by the item type—you're likely to find something similar! You can also contact us to find out what item is featured in the ad you like, then set that as one of your favorites to be notified of future updated inventory.
 

What size should I order?

Because we sell products from many different brands, sizing varies. You can sometimes view the size chart on the product page. We display vendor sizing whenever possible. If the vendor does not supply a chart, we use our own measurements.
 

Where's the size chart?

We post  it on the product page and in the additional photos.
 

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes.
 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our process is a little different from how most online stores work. We make bulk orders every three days—that's one of the ways we're able to offer such great deals on so many unique products every day. Next, the manufacturer or vendor sends your items to us and we ship them to you. Take a look at the product description pages for specific details about each item. The shipping time frame depends on what items you order and to which countries you are having them shipped. Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and you can always check your order's status.
 

How do I check my order status?

We will email you your tracking number.
 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

  • PayPal

  • Aloof Shop gift cards

  • Store credit

 

How do I know if I've been charged for my order?

Credit and debit cards

As soon as your order is placed, we authorize the card for the full order value to confirm that funds are available. We capture the funds (charge your card) once your items are in transit to Aloof Shop, but no later than the fifth day after card authorization. Authorization does not charge your card.

Paypal

Funds are captured from your PayPal account as soon as you place an order. Your entire order, including any applicable tax and shipping fees, is charged at that time. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, you will be refunded directly to your PayPal account.

Other
In some cases, your card is charged immediately after the funds are authorized. This happens when your order contains the purchase of a gift card or a voucher, is being paid for using a pre-paid card or is being shipped directly from the product's vendor instead of from Aloof Shop. If any part of your order is not fulfilled, you will receive a refund.

 

 

I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, you can change the shipping address just email us at customersupport@aloofshop.com.

  • If you change a shipping address on an order that has subsequent free shipping orders associated with the original order, the shipping address must change for all subsequent orders.

  • If original shipping address was to contiguous 48 states, the new address must also go to the contiguous 48 states.

  • If original shipping address was outside the contiguous 48 states but still inside US, the new address must be the same state.

  • International orders are not eligible for shipping address modification.

  • If original shipping address is to a non-tax-applicable state, the new shipping address must also go to a non-tax-applicable state.

  • If original shipping address is to a tax-applicable state, the new shipping address must go to the same tax-applicable state.

 

 

I placed an order. Can I change the payment method?

We are usually able to change the payment method if the order has not already been invoiced. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible to see what options are available.
 

I placed an order. Can I add an item?

The quickest solution is to place a new order for the additional item. When posted Free shipping over $50 means you only pay a shipping fee for orders under $50. This offer applies to orders being shipped to the same address.
 

I placed an order. Can I cancel it?

If you change your mind about an item within 30 minutes of placing the order, you can cancel it by emailing us customersuport@AloofShop.com or calling us at (424) 256-6354. Please specify the order number and item(s) you would like to cancel. If you would like to cancel an item after the 30 minute window, please contact us by email. As long as your items have not shipped, we are usually able to cancel items or orders. Personalized items and certain products shipped directly from our vendors are subject to special approval.
 

Where do you get the strike-through prices that are listed on your products?

Unless otherwise noted, the strike-through price displayed for products on our Web site is based on the suggested retail price for the product provided to Aloof Shop by the manufacturer or vendor. Certain products on our site are similar - but not identical - to products sold through other retailers. In this case, the strike-through price represents the estimated regular retail value of a comparable item of similar quality offered elsewhere. Because we sell our products over the internet nationwide, the strike-through price may or may not represent the prevailing price at any particular time or in every State or local community, and we make no promises about the reliability or accuracy of any such information. For items that we offer as a set, the strike-through price is based on the total of all the suggested retail prices for each item in the set. For clothing items that are priced higher for larger sizes, we average the prices across sizes to determine the strike-through price. For international sales, the strike-through price represents the retail price suggested to Aloof Shop by the manufacturer or vendor, based on what such items would be sold for in the US market, plus exchange rate conversion and, if applicable, an adjustment for additional international surcharges that cover items such as taxes, duties, and shipping. Nothing can replace your own comparison shopping, and notwithstanding the strike-through price information provided, if this is an important factor for you in your purchasing decision, we recommend you conduct your own individual research as well.

Aloof Shop orders can be delivered to the United States. Canada, and over 100 other countries. 

 

CREDIT & GIFT CARDS

How do I earn Aloof Shop Bonuses?
If you sign up to become an independent sales rep you will recieve a coupon code to supply your friends/family and anyone else. Every time a different individual makes a purchase using your code, you will recieve a store credit of 5% of their total purchase. Here are a few ways to share:

  • Import your address book or enter addresses to send an email invitation

  • Share via social media

 

What does store credit count toward?

Store credit can be applied to your order total. Store credit cannot be used to purchase Aloof Shop gift cards.
 

How do I redeem my store credit?

If you have store credit, it will be automatically applied if you're using a credit card. Store credit can be applied using PayPal too. Unfortunately, due to PayPal systems, store credit cannot be applied when using the Checkout with PayPal function. Instead, click the red "proceed to checkout" button in the shopping basket. Then, select PayPal in the Payment Info step at checkout. You can always see your store credit balance by emailing us @ customersuport@aloofshop.com or by phone at (424) 256-6354.
 

Does my store credit expire?

After some time, yes. From the day your complimentary credit shows up in your account, you have eighteen months to use it. We'll send you an email reminder when time is running out! If you have received store credit as a refund, it will not expire.
 

How do Aloof Shop gift cards work? 

Our gift cards are virtual. Gift cards never expire, and the lucky recipient can apply a gift card to their order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
 

When will my friend get their gift card?

An email containing the virtual gift card will be sent to the recipient within 24 hours of your purchase.
 

How can I buy an Aloof Shop gift card?

You can customize a gift card from the home menu. You can choose any amount (up to $250) and pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Aloof Shop credits and gift cards cannot be used for purchasing gift cards.
 

SHIPPING & RETURNS.

 

What delivery methods does Aloof Shop use? 

Most Aloof Shop orders are sent via FedEx or UPS. These programs allow us to rely on carrier networks for shipping and on your local U.S. Postal Service carrier for final delivery. 
 

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses? 

Yes—place these orders like any other! If you're shipping to a PO Box, we may contact you for more information. Note that items that are heavy or bulky (i.e., strollers, furniture, rugs, etc.) and items that ship directly from the vendor may not be deliverable to these addresses.
 

Does Aloof Shop ship everywhere in the U.S?

Yes! Aloof Shop orders can be delivered anywhere in the United States.
 

What are Aloof Shop's shipping fees?

Domestic shipping starts at $5.95. Our free shipping with a $50 purchase makes base shipping free after you place your order over $50. Certain types of products, multiple items or large items may increase the shipping rate. Purchases shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, US territories or international destinations may incur additional charges. The fee is listed in your order summary for review before you complete checkout.
 

Will my entire order be shipped in one package?

Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.
 

How do I track my shipment?

we will provide you with the UPS or FEDEX tracking number via email.
 

Do you have local pick-up in New York?

No, we don't.
 

What's Aloof Shop's return policy?

If you're disappointed with your order, please contact our Customer Support team. We are never able to accept returns on intimate apparel, shapewear, swimsuits or rashguards, or any personalized items. Unfortunately we are also unable to facilitate exchanges.
 

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at customersupport@AloofShop.com.com for a quick response. Also visit our return policy page for more info. 

 

What does it mean if an item is ready to ship? 

An item that's ready to ship can leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. All of the shipping options specific to your order will be available for you to review and choose from at checkout.
 

How do I find ready to ship items on the site?

It will be noted onthe product page.
 

How quickly can I receive ready to ship items after I place the order?

Most ready to ship items can reach you in as few as 3-4 days. Estimated delivery dates or ranges will be listed at checkout along with all of the shipping options specific to your order.
 

What are the shipping options and costs for ready to ship items?

The options available for most ready to ship items are:

  • FAST – generally arrives in 6-11 days

  • FASTER – arrives in 4-5 days

  • FASTEST – arrives in 3-4 days

 

Are there any delivery restrictions for ready to ship items?

Yes. Some ready to ship items are subject to shipping restrictions and may have only one faster shipping option. When you get to checkout, you'll see the options available for your order. 
 

Where do I choose my shipping option?

Choose at checkout. All of your options will be available for review. 
 

Does Free Shipping over a $50 purchase apply when I choose a faster shipping option? 

No. It applies only to standard shipping fees. The same is true of Weekend Shopping Specials and Holiday Shopping Specials. The free shipping associated with these offers cannot be used to pay for faster shipping options.

 

Can I use Unlimited when I'm purchasing ready to ship items?

Unlimited shipping covers standard shipping, which is an option on every order. If you choose to use a faster shipping option, it will not be covered by Unlimited. 
 

I have free shipping. Can I use it on ready to ship items?

Free shipping covers standard shipping, which is an option on every order. If you choose to use a faster shipping option, it will not be covered by any free shipping offer. 
 

Can I use my gift card to pay for faster shipping options?

Sure! Gift cards can be used to pay for anything, including any applicable tax and shipping fees.
 

Can my Aloof Shop shopping credit be applied to pay for faster shipping options?

Faster shipping options must be paid for with a credit card, debit card, PayPal or a Aloof Shop gift card. Shopping credit cannot be applied toward shipping. It is applied only to the order subtotal before any applicable tax and shipping fees.
 

REFERRING FRIENDS

How do I REFER friends to ALOOF SHOP?

SIGN UP TO BECOME AN ALOOF SHOP INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE on the home page. YOU WILL RECIEVE A UNIQUE REPREENTATIVE CODE THAT YOU CAN GIVE TO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY AND ANYONE ELSE. You'll earn  a total of 5% of the total net sells of any customer that uses your personal code at checkout. For referring a new Representative you will recieve a one time per referral Aloof Shop Bonus of $15 store credit.

 

When do I get my referral shopping credit?

You will recieve your store credit after the first customer of your Referred Representative completes an order. You will recieve your store credit within a few hours later and you must use it before the last day of the month in which it was issued in.

 

How do I keep track of my credit?

We will send you monthly emails of all of your sales and credit to date. you may also request an update at customersupport@aloofshop.com put Independent Sales Representative in the subject line and your full name in the body or by phone at (424) 256-6354.

 

If I make a social post from Aloofshop.com, who can see it?

When you post to social media sites via Aloof Shop, your posts will be treated according to any preferences and/or permissions you may have set on those sites.
 

SOCIAL MEDIA

What social media sites does Aloof Shop use?

We like to keep up with all the hot spots! We're on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, and Twitter. Look for us wherever you socialize online.
 

Can I earn referral credits via social media sites?

Yes! There are two ways to earn your referral shopping credit through social media:

 

  • Click the Facebook, Pinterest, or email icons around our site to share products and events with your friends and followers. New members can join through the post that's created each time your share. Don't forget to share your code.

  • Grab your personal code and post it on all the sites you use, including your blog.

Either way, you'll earn your money or credit just as soon as the new member's or Representative's first order ships. 

 

Where can I send you photos of cute Aloof Shop clothes in action?

We'd love to see them! Share your photo with us on Instagram. Make sure you follow @AloofShop and tag #AloofShop. We love it when people share photos of their Aloof Shop great finds!
 

What if I don’t have Instagram?

You can always share photos with us on our Facebook page or on Twitter as well. Or, email us at CustomerSupport@AloofShop.com.
 

What kind of photo can I send?

We want to see your family's Aloof Shop style. What's your favorite Aloof Shop outfit? Have any Aloof Shop décor brightening a room? New toy or book your little one is loving? Please only send photos that you own and that feature your finds, yourself and your kids.
 

What are you going to do with the photo?

We love to share photos of Aloof Shop cuties and finds, so you might see your photo on our site, on one of our social pages (including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter) or in an upcoming Aloof Shop promotion! For more information, see details.
 

Will my kid’s personal details be made public?

We want to give your cutie the spotlight! If you submit photos to Aloof Shop via email, upload process or social media (such as Facebook), we may include the name of the sender in the posting. Remember, we only have access to the name associated with the account from which you provide the information (e.g., your Facebook username or the name on your email account). We'll never share your contact information.
 

Can I still use the photo in my Facebook/Instagram/etc?

Yes!
 

ACCOUNT

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

You've got several options for email delivery: daily, weekly and occasional alerts. To unsubscribe, visit the Email us at CustomerSupport@AloofShop.com. Please allow 5 days for our records to be updated. Even when you don't receive emails, you're still a member and you can shop by visiting the site directly or downloading our apps for iPhone/iPad and Android for on-the-go access.
